I studied Marketing & Communications and did my internship at HSBC Singapore, where I learned how businesses actually talk to customers — and where most of them lose them. That experience shaped how I think about websites: they shouldn't be digital brochures. They should be your best employee.

I started Sitewatch because I kept seeing good Singapore home businesses — plumbers, cleaners, aircon techs — stuck with websites that looked fine but did absolutely nothing. I only take on a few projects at a time so nothing gets rushed.
